Our Packages
We offer three tailored packages to meet your laundry needs:
Basic Refresh
Perfect for everyday garments, our Basic Refresh service delivers a thorough wash, dry, and fold with a 24-hour turnaround time. For example, if you drop off your items at 2 PM, they will be ready by 2 PM the following day. This service keeps your clothes looking clean and fresh—ideal for those who need a quick and reliable solution for their holiday laundry.Signature Clean
Experience a higher level of care with our Signature Clean service. This option includes a luxury wash with premium products and special attention to detail, along with ironing and folding to ensure your clothes receive the extra touch of freshness and quality they deserve. This is a 24-hour service turnaround; for example, if you drop off your items at 2 PM, they will be ready by 2 PM the following day. This is our most popular service.5-Hour VIP Express
For those who need their laundry done in a hurry, our 5-Hour VIP Express service guarantees fast and efficient cleaning, with top-quality care and premium products. Drop off your items and get them back within just five hours—perfect for busy travelers and locals on the go. Please note we require 5 hours to complete this service so please have your items to us by 11am for a same day, VIP, 5 hour turnaround.Expectations

Our Terms and Conditions
Before using our services, please take a moment to familiarize yourself with our terms and conditions:
Service Availability: We are open 7 days a week from 9 AM to 6 PM. Please feel free to visit us during these hours.
Pricing: Prices vary based on the selected package and laundry type. All prices are clearly displayed, and any additional fees will be communicated upfront.
Turnaround Time: Each package has its own turnaround time, which does not include delivery time. Delivery will be scheduled in the next available time slot following package completion. Items such as shoes or bags require extra time for drying, we will communicate the time frame for these upon receiving your items.
Pickup and Delivery: We offer free pickup and delivery for orders with a minimum weight of 3 kg within a 5 km radius of our store. For orders under 3 kg, a fee equivalent to 3 kg will be charged. If you are not available for your scheduled pickup, please leave your laundry with the staff at your accommodation or in a safe place and communicate that with us. For drop-offs, please have payment ready; if you are not around, leave clear instructions on where we should place the laundry and how to collect payment. If we arrive and you are unavailable, your laundry will be returned to our shop, and you will need to organise collection.
Damage and Loss: While we take utmost care with your items, we cannot be held responsible for damage or loss due to wear and tear or items left unclaimed for more than 30 days.
Valuables: Before sending your laundry to Diggy Doo's, please check all pockets for any valuables or jewlery. If we do find any, we will return them to you in a paper bag. However, Diggy Doos Laundry is not responsible for the loss or damage of any personal items left in clothing or laundry bags, including money, jewlery, or other valuables. Please be aware that there is a risk of zipper issues during the normal cleaning process, and we do not accept liability for such occurrences.
Stain Removal: We aim to do our best to make your whites whiter and remove stains; however, please note that stain removal is a specialised service. We are primarily a laundry service, so for specific stain removal needs, additional services may apply.
Invisible Stains: Diggy Doos Laundry is not responsible for stains often caused by products such as sunblock, acne medication, whitening toothpaste, hairspray, and beverages (including soda, fruit juices, and wine/champagne), as well as oil substances and honey. Known as “invisible stains,” these may manifest as yellow, pink, or white marks after washing and cannot be removed unless pretreated prior to washing.
Payment: We only accept cash payments "Cash is king", and payment is due upon completion of service. This is because our average order spend is low and transaction fees are high and burdensome for small business here in Bali. In order to keep our costs low and maintain affordability for our customers, we do not accept cards. Additionally, this allows us to pay our staff a fair wage, We pay our staff well above the average salary for laundry workers in Bali, ensuring a motivated and dedicated team.
